Listening before drawing a single line.
The clients needed a tranquil refuge from the busy city streets of Vijayawada. The interior needed to harmonize with the intense riverfront sunlight without requiring closed blinds throughout the day.
Situated along the riverfront in Vijayawada, Oak & Lime is an urban penthouse defined by sweeping panoramic views, acoustic stillness, and a disciplined tactile palette.
The Architectural Approach
Form follows climate, texture, and light.
We applied mineral-tinted lime plaster with subtle ochre pigments that absorb harsh daylight and scatter it smoothly. Custom fluted oak partitions gently divide social and private zones while preserving the river breeze.
