We present the architectural concept: mood directions, material samples, 3D spatial renders, and preliminary lighting layers. We refine until every detail feels aligned with your vision.

Every millwork detail, electrical conduit, plumbing drop, and stone junction is drafted into comprehensive technical documentation. We lock in a transparent, fixed-price Bill of Quantities.
