The Project Brief
Listening before drawing a single line.
Create a flexible workspace that does not look like an anonymous tech office. Provide tactile display space for samples, open brainstorm zones, and private acoustic phone pods.
A creative hub in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, designed to foster collaboration, material experimentation, and focused architectural work under abundant north-facing daylight.
The Architectural Approach
Form follows climate, texture, and light.
We poured a custom site-mixed terrazzo floor incorporating recycled regional pink marble and river pebble chips. Exposed structural concrete was softened by acoustic felt dividers, cork wall surfaces, and warm white oak tables.

- ✓Modular workbench system with concealed under-desk power and fiber cabling
- ✓Glass-fronted soundproof meeting pavilion with acoustic drapery
- ✓Dedicated barista station clad in fluted terra-cotta tiles
