At what stage of our project should we engage Stone and Light?
The earlier, the better. Engaging us while your civil structure is being planned or framed allows us to optimize window apertures for daylighting, adjust electrical conduits, and eliminate costly civil demolition later.
How do you handle budget and material cost variations?
Under our Turnkey Design & Build engagement, we provide an itemized Bill of Quantities with fixed material rates. Any modifications to the scope are documented via formal change orders with explicit client sign-off, ensuring no surprise bills at handover.
How does natural lime plaster perform in Andhra's climate compared to standard paint?
Standard emulsion paints create a plastic film that traps moisture and peels in humid coastal weather. Mineral lime plaster is naturally breathable, micro-porous, and alkaline, preventing mold and keeping interior wall surfaces cool even in peak summer.
