Turnkey Architecture & Fit-out

The Project Brief

Listening before drawing a single line.

A client seeking a private oasis of rejuvenation. Requirements included a freestanding soaking tub, rain shower with sky views, steam capability, and zero visible plumbing clutter.

A primary ensuite conceived as a sensory spa. Large slabs of vein-cut travertine create continuous lines from floor to ceiling, turning the daily shower into a grounding architectural ritual.

The Architectural Approach

Form follows climate, texture, and light.

We embraced the monolithic weight of travertine. Every joint aligns with mathematical rigor. Niches are carved directly into the stone blocks, and daylight washes down the wall from a concealed light trough.

Key Spatial Interventions:

  • ✓Solid block travertine bathtub carved by CNC and hand-finished with soft honed edges
  • ✓Concealed linear slot drains integrated directly into stone floor tiles
  • ✓Heated stone benches with built-in steam therapy system
  • ✓Hidden thermostatic demisting mirrors with surround perimeter halo lighting

Material Palette & Origin

Honest tactile elements that age gracefully.

We shun synthetic coatings and fake veneers. Every material inside Travertine Bath was specified for its durability under local temperature swings and its pleasantness to bare skin.
